Welcome to Eggi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eggi mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Eggi B.V., a company registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands ("us", "we", or "our").

Eggi is a restaurant discovery platform that allows users to:

• Share dining experiences on social media

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Restaurant Information

Restaurant information is provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or correct. Please verify details directly with restaurants.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Eggi, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eggi B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Restaurant Interactions

Eggi is not responsible for your interactions with restaurants, including reservations, food quality, service, or any disputes that may arise. We are a platform that facilitates discovery but do not control restaurant operations.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Eggi will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
